Good morning folks. Hope all your weekends were cool. Unfortunately, I have to start this week off with some sad news. Earlier this morning, Baltimore DJ K-Swift passed away in a swimming pool accident in Baltimore. She was a ground breaking DJ and was the Director of the Mix Pool for Baltimore's 92.3 Station. K-Swift was only 28 years old when she passed. My heart and prayers go out to her family, friends, and her fans. R.I.P.
Another bit of sad news, DMC of Run-DMC, is recovering from emergency surgery in New Jersey. The legendary rapper underwent the operation after two blood clots were discovered in his arm, causing pain and swelling. Please keep him in your prayers as well. He is expected to make a full recovery.
